Job Summary

Own day-to-day operations for Zippy’s institutional capital partners and loan investors by coordinating investor communications, managing reporting and portfolio updates, and analyzing partner performance. Lead loan sale operations, rate card and interest rate hedge updates, and monitor SLAs tied to investor commitments. Also guide onboarding of new investors and coordinate cross-functional execution with Legal, Finance, Credit, Servicing, Operations, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate loan sales, pricing, trade registration, and manage investor reporting packages including portfolio performance updates and ad hoc analyses.
•Monitor and update the rate card and interest rate hedge for loans awaiting sale while ensuring operational SLAs are met for investors.
•Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for institutional investors, coordinating communications, tracking requests, and ensuring timely resolution.
•Lead onboarding of new institutional investors and coordinate implementation activities across Legal, Operations, Technology, Servicing, Finance, and Credit, including project plans and milestones.
•Drive cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the Chief Investment Officer by tracking action items, risks, dependencies, and process improvements for scalability.

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of experience in financial services, specialty finance, or lending, ideally with exposure to warehouse lending, loan sale, or capital partner relationships.
•Demonstrated project management skills to manage many concurrent, cross-functional workstreams to closure.
•Strong working knowledge of lending operations, underwriting, servicing, or compliance sufficient to answer business questions directly.
•High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills, including owning difficult or overdue conversations professionally.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate internal detail into clear, partner-facing responses.
