Build and grow customer relationships using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. After a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, you’ll work as a Retail Personal Banker I focused on acquiring new households and deepening existing ones. You’ll cross-sell retail consumer and small business products, use CAMP and marketing tools to schedule financial reviews, and support referrals with business partners while processing teller transactions.
