Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with factories to identify, propose, and lead improvement initiatives for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • •Develop and implement efficient production flows, methods, and layouts for Air Cooler manufacturing.
  • •Support the creation, standardization, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the production area.
  • •Participate as a Team Member or Project Manager in assigned improvement or development projects to ensure timely execution.
  • •Provide technical assistance to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to problem-solving activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Civil Engineering.
  • •3–5 years of experience in production engineering or similar roles.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
  • •Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
  • •Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
