Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and execution of the Portfolio Steering strategy for assigned lines of business.
  • •Analyze portfolio performance, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to forward-looking steering plans to improve portfolio quality and profitability.
  • •Conduct detailed data analysis and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
  • •Challenge portfolio performance and direction by questioning assumptions and probing off-track KPIs.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Finance, Product) and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience assisting with portfolio management and optimizing portfolio performance to align with organizational goals.
  • •Property and Casualty insurance experience is preferred.
  • •Ability to analyze data sets and provide actionable insights using Excel and Power BI.
  • •Strong analytical, numerical, and adaptive problem-solving skills with an ability to implement effective strategies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics/Finance and/or an actuarial background.
