Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to maintenance requests, communications, and facility projects in coordination with IT, HR, and Facilities.
  • •Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance, repair, or coordination for systems such as plumbing, electrical, generators, HVAC, and appliances.
  • •Maintain and schedule testing and service for fire/life safety systems, including fire inspections and alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, emergency lighting, and smoke detectors.
  • •Maintain building cleanliness and appearance, including touch-ups, window and carpet cleaning, spill cleanup, and trash disposal.
  • •Support hospitality and event needs (break rooms, reception area, equipment/appliance maintenance, and setup/takedown), and maintain equipment, vendors, and required documentation.
