•Surface pipeline intelligence and run experiments to optimize recruiting processes and automation over time.
•Coach hiring managers to maintain quality and act as sourcing partners, driving accountability for outcomes.
•Reject weak candidates when pipelines are thin and defend no-hire decisions with clear evidence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or tech companies, with at least 1 year owning technical recruiting pipelines.
•Track record recruiting from elite organizations and articulating what made hires exceptional beyond credentials.
•Proven ability to scale recruiting while maintaining quality, including during rapid company growth.
•Systems builder who created recruiting infrastructure, playbooks, processes, or optimization experiments.
•Data fluency and ability to use funnel analysis and conversion optimization to diagnose recruiting problems.
