Job Summary

Maintain electrical systems and support planned and daily production maintenance at the Council Bluffs plant during the 10:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment, program and troubleshoot PLCs, and conduct daily/weekly PMs. Collaborate with maintenance and operations on safety, Lean initiatives (Set-Up Reductions and TPM), and productivity improvements through optimized programming, tooling, and fixturing.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely provide electrical maintenance support for manufacturing operations during scheduled shifts and required overtime/holidays.
•Install, maintain, and operate plant electrical equipment (e.g., switch gear, drives, lighting).
•Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electronic equipment (e.g., wiring and production-line devices) and conduct daily/weekly PMs.
•Troubleshoot and program PLCs (including wiring) and develop/load part programs into controllers.
•Assist Lean initiatives (Set-Up Reductions and TPM) and drive productivity improvements through optimized programming, tooling, and fixturing.

Key Requirements

•Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/prints and use electronic testing equipment.
