Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain customer equipment on-site, and advise customers on usage, maintenance and potential new appliances
  • •Act as Service Technician/Field Service Engineer; work within your home-region and flexibly schedule your work week
  • •Use the service bus and ensure materials are stocked so you can be ready for the next day’s assignments
  • •Be part of the service department with close collaboration to colleagues on-site and in-office to deliver premium service
  • •Undergo company internal training after joining to build technical, analytical, and commercial skills
