Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of a NorthPark Center Alo Yoga store, owning the P&L and delivering a premier guest experience. Lead Sales, Service, Operations, and Visual teams to meet sales, profitability, and merchandising goals. •Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer experience.
•Oversee Sales, Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies.

•Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI’s to develop and support business driving strategies.
•Establish internal and external pipelines through succession planning and recruitment to ensure talent continuity and reduce turnover.

•Willingness to work variable shifts, including peak days and weekends; ability to move around store and lift up to 50 pounds.
