Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Associate Strategy Managers and Strategy Managers across North American brands, driving process improvement and supply chain execution projects.
  • •Own annual Packaging budgets and COGS management/improvement for North America business units, including building budgets and cost savings roadmaps.
  • •Serve as business owner of the Packaging COGS program rollout: run monthly financial performance reviews, analyze variances, report drivers, and prioritize action items.
  • •Act as SME across packaging categories to support North American Sourcing, including developing category strategies and executing supply chain transformation projects.
  • •Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and risk mitigation activities, coordinating with Ops, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve packaging execution strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Legal, or similar.
  • •5+ years of experience as a procurement/sourcing lead.
  • •Proven ability to handle multi-million dollar contract negotiations and read/interpet commercial contract language.
  • •Knowledge of strategic sourcing process/methodologies.
  • •Experience building supply chains and developing creative solutions, with relevant Food/Agriculture/CPG experience as an asset.
