Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate demand/supply plans into a master production schedule across varying build mixes to support demand fluctuations.
  • •Analyze supply-chain tradeoffs and influence decisions based on constraints across the whole supply chain.
  • •Own supply commitments for multiple chip products and optimize supply plans considering raw material availability and constraints.
  • •Plan and allocate dependent raw materials (wafer, die, substrates, memories, and other materials) to production sites to meet the production schedule.
  • •Execute production transactions in SAP, including order management and re-prioritizing WIP based on latest demand/supply trends to ensure product availability.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 201,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent industry experience).
  • •5+ years of supply chain/operations experience with a background in semiconductors or the tech industry.
  • •Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC/ APO/ S4 HANA and strong understanding of MRP concepts.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with Excel (data formulas, pivot tables); Excel macro development is beneficial.
  • •Track record improving processes and influencing cross-functionally in a high-pressure production environment with multiple constraints.
