Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary Alternative Asset Services contact for client relationship managers for all client inquiries regarding alternative investments.
  • •Monitor, resolve, and respond to internal and external inquiries by pulling and interpreting data and preparing analysis to meet client valuation expectations.
  • •Manage assigned daily tasks to ensure day-to-day deliverables are met while working effectively in a team environment.
  • •Review and assess processes to identify improvements that increase team efficiency.
  • •Participate in department projects and initiatives, referring more complex problems to supervisors/experts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •College degree required, with emphasis in Finance & Accounting preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, plus analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Knowledge of capital markets with exposure to hedge funds, private equity, commingled funds, valuation reporting, and reconciliation principles is preferred.
