Drive personal loan sales for existing and new-to-bank customers in UAE, supporting the DSF Personal Loan unit’s goal of growing market share. Build relationships by adding companies to the bank’s approved employer list and increase retail product acquisition through cross-selling (accounts, credit cards, Bancassurance). Proactively contact customers to increase share of wallet, provide expert product advice, and monitor client satisfaction and service quality.
