Job Summary

Deliver products to local customers about half the time, while spending the other half performing site operations at CHS in Pierre. This Monday–Friday daytime role includes overtime opportunities during busy seasons. You’ll prepare trucks and railcars, load and unload agricultural inputs with equipment, conduct and record maintenance, maintain inventory quality, and ensure safe, compliant deliveries—including hours-of-service rules.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver products safely and professionally to local customers.
•Perform site operations including loading/unloading agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
•Conduct, record, and support repairs and maintenance; maintain clean and safe work areas.
•Ensure compliance with regulations, including hours of service, and maintain inventory quality.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
•Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
•Ability to lift 75 lbs.
