Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects to the required quality standards, efficiently, and on time.
  • •Manage tasks across the construction process, including submittals and RFI processes, change order management, and punch-list management.
  • •Help establish project governance, processes, and systems, and ensure key information is shared and retained appropriately.
  • •Interface with stakeholders (executive management, project teams, consultants, vendors) and keep project information flowing between them.
  • •Support reporting and close-out activities, including monthly program reporting, executive dashboards, meeting minutes/action items, procurement support, and transition of close-out documentation to operations.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
