Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive customer evaluations of the Cadence Stratus HLS solution from scoping through production sign-off with field and sales teams.
  • •Resolve complex HLS customer technical design issues to unblock projects and strengthen long-term adoption.
  • •Provide hands-on training on HLS methodology and tool features to improve user competency and self-sufficiency.
  • •Author and refine product requirement and functional specifications based on customer and field observations for development readiness.
  • •Represent the voice of the customer in roadmap planning and deliver evidence-based feedback to improve product quality and reduce production risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of combined experience in hardware design, EDA applications engineering, product engineering, or a closely related field.
  • •Strong digital hardware design background targeting ASIC or FPGA, with hands-on RTL design experience.
  • •Working proficiency in C++, including evaluating technical design trade-offs at implementation level.
  • •Experience using hardware design and EDA tools in a Linux environment and converting stakeholder needs into clear, structured specifications.
