Job Summary

Shape how an AI organization measures success by defining KPIs, dashboards, and product success metrics for AI-powered experiences. Partner across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to instrument product data, design and interpret experiments, and translate results into actionable recommendations. Build and maintain dbt models for user behavior analytics, influence product analytics best practices, and help scale durable measurement standards for Grafana Assistant, Investigations, and AI observability solutions like Sigil.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner cross-functionally to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and input into product roadmap planning.
•Define how success is measured for AI-powered product experiences, including adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
•Guide instrumentation of product data with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering to enable reliable analysis of AI features and workflows.
•Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities and inform product decisions.
•Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data in partnership with Analytics Engineering.

Salary: EUR 97,034 - 116,441 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience partnering across product and engineering organizations and familiarity with core product KPI frameworks (e.g., DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
•Experience defining and tracking success metrics for complex product areas, ideally including AI-powered features or workflows.
•Daily proficiency with complex, efficient SQL for analytics and measurement.
•Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana.
•Experience writing dbt models; implementing product analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory); and using git for version control.
