Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the initial strategic roadmap for select commodities (machined components, electromechanical systems and controls, shielding, thermal management, turbomachinery, fuel, and others).
  • •Identify and onboard suppliers across many commodities to build a mature supply base for prototyping and full-rate production.
  • •Collaborate with responsible and manufacturing engineering teams on supplier feedback for design for manufacturing.
  • •Coordinate with quality teams on supplier onboarding, quality/documentation requirements, nonconformances, and supply-chain-related procedures.
  • •Develop logistics capabilities and foundational supply chain processes/systems (planning, procurement, supplier onboarding, accounts payable, materials management, shipping and receiving), plus performance metrics for critical path items.

Salary: USD 145,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, physics, finance, supply chain management, business, information systems or related fields AND 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, business operations, supplier development, or supplier quality.
  • •OR 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, business operations, supplier development, or supplier quality.
  • •3+ years of experience in supply chain management or manufacturing for complex systems and assemblies.
  • •3+ years of experience in the aerospace & defense, automotive, semiconductor, or energy industries.
  • •Proficiency in supply chain systems, including MRP and ERP.
