Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide estimating services for assigned construction projects, including milestone estimates for each phase.
  • •Lead and manage estimating scope and cost across a portfolio to support manufacturing delivery.
  • •Ensure estimating policies and procedures are applied consistently and aligned with stakeholder requirements across business units.
  • •Manage third-party quantity surveying and estimating firms, validating cost estimates and overseeing deliverables and performance.
  • •Lead trend log and project risk assessment processes to support accurate, probable cost outcomes, and present updates to executive management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training.
  • •6+ years of experience in construction, construction estimating, cost engineering, project management, or design engineering.
  • •2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, petro-chemical/refineries, pulp and paper, or other heavy industrial/high-tech experience.
  • •Professional certifications such as RICS or AACE (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of all construction disciplines (preferred).
