Estimating Controls Manager

Lead estimating support for global capital construction projects within Intel’s Foundry Construction and Sourcing organization. Oversee estimating planning, policies, and procedures for Ohio programs, manage third-party estimating partners, and align cost initiatives with stakeholders across business units. Drive milestone and scope/cost estimating, maintain trend logs, and manage project risk assessments to ensure estimates reflect probable cost outcomes. Present results to executive leaders and support project controls coordination.
