Job Summary

Engineering project lead responsible for managing the full DCS project cycle, including Sales handover, engineering, procurement, staging/assembly, customer FAT, shipment, SAT, handover and closure. Drives KPI performance across Customer Relationship Management, Cost, Time, Risk, and People Management, with active support during bidding/proposal phases to optimize budgets.

Key Responsibilities

•Reconcile new orders to ensure they align with quoted terms and escalate discrepancies to the Sales team for corrections.
•Plan and execute internal project kick-off meetings for all orders, clarifying customer requirements to internal stakeholders.
•Prepare the Org chart for new projects and lead the team during kick-off customer meetings.
•Ensure correct specifications and document approvals are in place for the Operations team to execute orders.
•Track specification changes, communicate updates to internal stakeholders, and follow up to ensure implementation.

Key Requirements

•B.Tech / B.E. in ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I, or Mechanical
•PMP certification or MBA is an added advantage
•Project Management, Coordination, Execution experience as Project Lead for minimum 5 projects
•Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
•Willingness to travel and handle delivery/shipment logistics
