Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile new orders to align with quoted terms and coordinate corrections with stakeholders.
  • •Plan and execute internal project kick-off meetings and prepare org charts for new projects.
  • •Ensure correct specifications and document approvals for Operations to execute orders.
  • •Track specification changes, communicate updates internally, and circulate project minutes and status reports.
  • •Drive GP improvement initiatives, maintain cash flow via timely invoices, and ensure proper project closure with handover reports and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech/B.E. in ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I, or Mechanical; PMP certification or an MBA is an added advantage.
  • •Project management, coordination, and execution experience as Project Lead for a minimum of 5 projects.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English and ability to present information and respond to queries from managers, clients, and customers.
  • •Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • •Willingness to take on travel assignments.
