Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global transportation end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency and resolving escalations quickly.
  • •Manage and mentor logistics coordinators across multiple time zones, reviewing movements and assigning strategic initiatives.
  • •Define, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs (on-time delivery, cost variances, and ticket response times) to drive operational excellence.
  • •Plan capacity and assign transport requests based on team bandwidth and project specialty, unblocking escalated roadblocks.
  • •Act as primary contact for 3PLs and freight forwarders, negotiating contracts/pricing and overseeing billing/invoicing performance tracking.

Key Requirements
