Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the development and design of learning content for the virtual Early Talent Program.
  • •Support planning, organization, and execution of virtual events.
  • •Support planning, delivery, and piloting of the Onboarding Week event across SAP locations globally.
  • •Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications across various channels.
  • •Oversee and manage backend operations for learning content, including organizing and transferring materials within relevant platforms.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Be a student enrolled at a university in business administration, educational sciences, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field.
  • •Confident with MS Office, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; picture/video editing skills are a nice to have.
  • •Strong English skills written and spoken; German is a plus.
  • •Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying AI to improve workflows.
  • •Work experience in corporate HR (or Learning) is appreciated.
