Job Summary

Own and drive the DIVA (Digital Identity Verification & Authentication) product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across customer journeys and markets. Lead ideation, business cases, and prioritization, optimize end-to-end verification experiences using analytics, and run delivery through agile squads. Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance with controls-by-design, manage vendor performance where applicable, define KPIs/dashboards, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute DIVA product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and delivery outcomes across customer journeys and markets.
•Lead ideation with stakeholders, translate initiatives into business cases, and define prioritized capabilities/epics/features with success metrics and milestones.
•Optimize end-to-end verification journeys using data (funnel analytics, error codes, VOC) and iterate on improvements like retries and step-up flows.
•Lead cross-functional agile squads (engineering, UX, data, QA), own PRDs/user stories, acceptance criteria, release readiness, and manage mobile/web dependencies.
•Ensure risk, controls, and governance: meet security/privacy/regulatory requirements, embed controls-by-design, support governance reporting, and manage vendor performance where applicable.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Digital Product Manager/Owner delivering customer-facing products at scale.
•Strong understanding of digital identity verification, authentication, or fraud/risk controls in financial services (or similarly regulated industries).
•Proven ability to use data to drive product decisions (funnels, conversion, operational metrics).
•Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
•Strong written communication, including producing product requirement materials, decision papers, and governance updates.
