Job Summary

Lead DSP components design, implementation, delivery, and management within ADM Digital Engineering General. Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions aligned to business needs. Research and implement new infrastructure technology for technical strategy, while ensuring compliance with group infrastructure and security standards. Identify and escalate delivery risks, provide security-access consultancy to developers and business, and work with ITID domains to influence infrastructure product practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in a team managing DSP components design, implementation, delivery, and management.
•Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions meeting business needs.
•Research, evaluate, and implement infrastructure technology aligned to standard and governance; help build teammates’ technical competence.
•Ensure systems comply with group infrastructure and security policies and standards.
•Identify delivery risks, formulate corrective actions, and escalate major risks/issues to management; provide security access consultancy.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
•Solid skills in Digital Security Platform design, implementation, and maintenance.
•Hands-on experience designing and/or running critical workloads on AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
•Experience with tools including Splunk, AppDynamics, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Transmit Security, and ForgeRock OpenAM/OpenIDM/OpenDJ.
•Strong communication and influencing skills; good command of written and spoken English (Mandarin preferred).
