Key Responsibilities

  • •Purchase materials, supplies, machinery, and services for state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
  • •Monitor inventory and manage delivery scheduling to support production needs.
  • •Negotiate with suppliers to procure essential items for customers and internal teams.
  • •Collaborate across teams and apply strategic planning to maintain supply for manufacturing.
  • •Work with suppliers and internal customers while supporting operations in Costa Rica.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years purchasing experience (Buyer I), or 3-5 years purchasing experience (Buyer II), or 6+ years purchasing experience (Buyer III).
  • •Proficiency in English (writing, speaking and reading) for all roles.
  • •Experience with SAP ERP and MRP.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Management/Business/Engineering or STEM (preferred but not required).
