Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach, develop, and mentor quality inspectors, analysts, and engineers to meet quality objectives and manage error resolution and root-cause analysis.
  • •Drive quality culture and world-class quality processes through influence, communication, and leadership; participate in plant leadership communications and represent the plant manager when needed.
  • •Champion EQMS implementation and continuous improvement of EQMS execution in support of growth and operational excellence.
  • •Lead plantwide communication, improvement events, data analysis, customer quality management, cost of non-conformance tracking, and action status reporting.
  • •Ensure supplier quality through root cause analysis, supplier partnerships, and improvement tracking.

Key Requirements
