Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle information into the SECURE Application for each vehicle received at the Auction.
  • •Install GPS trackers in the OBDII port (or with metal security cable) and remove/deliver license plates with documentation.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers and place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
  • •Flag “no key” cars, direct transporters to the proper car drop zone, and report transport damage as needed.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures and assist with extra support needs, including cross-training and possible overtime as business needs dictate.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred, or less than 2 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles (manual and automatic).
  • •Basic computer skills to enter vehicle information accurately into the SECURE application.
  • •Regularly required physical ability to stand, walk, and perform bending/crouching/climbing; ability to lift 1–15 pounds.
  • •Preferred: 1–3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience.
