Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand and refine core platform capabilities in identity layers, cross-cloud data syncs, and CRM integrations.
  • •Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity end to end with ownership of your code.
  • •Write code focused on scalability, testability, supportability, and maintainability.
  • •Participate in thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • •Drive the apprenticeship program by mentoring new and less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years building modern, scalable, high-performing backend services with strong type-driven fundamentals.
  • •Deploy applications and managed services within AWS and use infrastructure as code with tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform.
  • •Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Elastic) and data modeling, plus relational databases such as Postgres.
  • •Ability to build RESTful APIs and evaluate technical trade-offs while delivering high standards.
  • •Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and clear written/verbal communication across distributed teams.
