Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, governance, and operational processes.
  • •Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting quality, insights generation, and workflow effectiveness using Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities.
  • •Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for metric intake, governance workflows, approvals, tracking, data collection, validation, notifications, and reporting.
  • •Build and maintain automated integrations with authoritative enterprise data sources, including scalable data pipelines and automated refresh processes for dashboards.
  • •Enable enterprise reporting using Power BI by designing scalable data models/reporting architectures, supporting self-service reporting, and ensuring governance, risk, compliance, and auditability requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting technology, application development, automation, or business intelligence.
  • •Demonstrated experience building enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • •Experience designing and implementing reporting and automation solutions within complex organizations, partnering across business and technology teams.
  • •Experience with data integration/ETL concepts, data modeling/reporting architecture, and workflow automation/ digitization.
