Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of Sales Agreements (NDAs, drafting, redlining, negotiating and closing) and collaborate with Compliance, Security, Channel Partnerships and other internal stakeholders.
  • •Support Public Sector contracting with government procurement frameworks and cross-jurisdiction considerations to move deals forward compliantly.
  • •Advise on Referral & Partnership Agreements in collaboration with the business development team to structure and close efficiently.
  • •Provide guidance on Technology & IP issues, including licensing, trademarks, and AI-related legal considerations.
  • •Support Privacy program efforts including policies, data breach response, DPIAs, and regulatory guidance across EMEA/UK jurisdictions.
