Key Responsibilities

•Define and articulate the system's technical vision and strategic roadmap for the Dive-XL platform, coordinating with product and engineering leads to ensure execution aligns with plan.
•Serve as the Architectural Design Authority for the system, making critical trade-offs across mechanical, electrical, software, autonomy, acoustics, and materials domains.
•Oversee end-to-end system integration and performance from requirements to deployment, including test and evaluation planning.
•Lead resolution of complex technical challenges with hands-on guidance to multi-disciplinary teams, balancing speed of delivery with long-term sustainability.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the program lifecycle and advise leadership on contingency plans.
