Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee execution of order processing to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance.
  • •Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes to comply with delivery schedules and minimize disruptions.
  • •Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries, urgent requests, and real-time logistics issues.
  • •Support central teams in managing and resolving logistics incidents with minimal impact to service levels.
  • •Track logistics performance metrics (on-time deliveries, transport quality, customer satisfaction) and proactively address variances.

Key Requirements

  • •Supply chain experience.
  • •Knowledge of transport planning and tendering (advantage).
  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
  • •1-3 years of business experience in a Supply Chain Management environment.
  • •Knowledge of CHEP, BlueYonder, SAP, BlueJay, and Excel is a plus.
