Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own a long-term strategic vision for enterprise data architecture, aligning data models, integration patterns, governance, and AI-native systems design with business priorities.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers to build scalable, reliable, and well-documented data foundations with a culture of continuous improvement.
  • •Design and operationalize a unified semantic layer with canonical datasets, modeling standards, lineage graphs, and business context to power self-serve and advanced analytics.
  • •Define and enforce standards for data modeling, metadata management, data governance, data quality, lineage, and access control.
  • •Partner with analytics and business stakeholders to define trusted metrics, improve data systems usability, and represent Analytics Engineering in cross-functional strategy discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on experience in data and analytics engineering, building and maintaining scalable, reliable data models and infrastructure in modern data stack environments.
  • •Strong SQL and Python skills, with expertise in data modeling and ETL/ELT, and cloud warehouses (dbt, Snowflake).
  • •Experience with high-quality data model implementation, testing frameworks, dashboards, and documentation standards that support trust and reusability.
  • •Experience setting technical vision and leading teams with the ability to guide complex decisions in data architecture and governance.
  • •Clear communication skills to distill technical topics for non-technical audiences and drive cross-team adoption of data best practices.
