Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable employees in field and back-office roles in specialist and sales competencies across industries, with a focus on retirement/pension topics, via in-person and virtual learning.
  • •Communicate with participants on an equal footing and keep leaders informed about learning progress.
  • •Define effective measures to create a better learning environment and drive positive results.
  • •Contribute conceptually as a subject-matter expert to further develop existing trainings.
  • •Create new trainings for both physical and virtual formats based on needs.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/certificate in private insurance (Fachausweis Privatversicherung), higher vocational school (höhere Fachschule) or equivalent education
  • •Multi-year experience in insurance consulting
  • •Experience in adult education (SVEB) is an advantage
  • •Digital confidence and a customer-oriented mindset with openness to change
  • •Excellent German skills; French is an advantage
