Premier Relationship Officer

Support Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) by arranging appointments, servicing clients, and reducing administrative workload so PRMs can focus on client capacity. Handle client enquiries in a timely first-contact manner, update client profiles, answer calls when PRMs are absent, and coordinate hand-offs to the right channels. Prepare and complete sales documents, manage data input and report generation, and liaise with support functions to follow through client purchase processes, while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
