Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and oversee construction activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to required quality standards.
  • •Manage project cost controls, cost planning, commercial management, value engineering, and contract administration across all phases.
  • •Monitor and support value engineering activities, track changes, reconcile variations, and maintain service/value quality to protect cash flow and minimize inventory.
  • •Identify potential risks and hazards from design elements, and support tendering by identifying and reporting discrepancies.
  • •Ensure safety policy compliance and support HSE initiatives, including safety awareness activities and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Extensive knowledge of civil construction practices, processes, and protocols.
  • •Expertise in construction industry budgeting and financial/cost accounting, including contracts administration and risk management.
  • •Strong understanding of quality, OH&S, and environmental management systems and HSE compliance.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
