Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex industrial facilities projects from planning through execution within WSP’s Industrial Center of Excellence. Manage client relationships, project teams, schedules, and budgets; drive winning pursuits; mentor PMs; coordinate multidisciplinary design teams; and contribute to business development while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with WSP standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex industrial facilities projects from planning through execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks
•Drive winning strategies for pursuing new business and expanding client base while mentoring other PMs
•Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architectural, engineering, and specialty consultants to meet project objectives
•Oversee project planning, scheduling, staffing, and financial performance for projects and teams
•Support business development through proposal development and client presentations while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with WSP standards

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 157,500 - 233,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
•Minimum 12+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities projects
•Proven leadership of project management and multidisciplinary design teams
•Strong understanding of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systems
•PMP certification or PE license preferred, but not required
