Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a contact person for customers with sales-related and other inquiries and provide a high level of service.
  • •Support the Business Development function and provide administrative and technical support for contract administration.
  • •Manage order history and register/forward contracts while providing relevant information to key stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate the process of shipping goods to customers with logistics and production departments.
  • •Handle additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
