Job Summary

Deliver an exceptional Sephora customer experience in a fast-paced store, combining personalised beauty advice with confident sales support. Educate customers on makeup, skincare and fragrance, stay current on new launches and trends, and drive sales through proactive connection, upselling, and the loyalty programme. You’ll also help run daily store operations: processing transactions, managing cash, receiving deliveries, keeping stock and displays accurate, and supporting visual merchandising.
