Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations of a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring thorough customer due diligence reviews and up-to-date KYC records.
  • •Lead by example and manage people: coach, develop, create development plans, run career check-ins, and support promotion and compensation decisions.
  • •Drive operational improvement by identifying process gaps, guiding complex high-risk cases and escalations, and acting as a point of contact during sensitive inquiries.
  • •Manage performance by measuring team KPIs, ensuring targets and quality standards, and running regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
  • •Own quality assurance and expertise sharing: implement QA frameworks, perform root-cause deep dives on problematic cases, analyze quality metrics, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of operations experience in CDD/EDD/AML or Risk Assessment.
  • •Good understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding KYC/AML.

  • •Ability to lead and take ownership in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
