Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute long-term strategy and roadmap for Plant Cognition offerings, including identifying market opportunities via customer discovery, competitive analysis, and VOC.
  • •Develop business cases and investment priorities supporting growth, recurring revenue, and customer adoption; drive commercialization and launches of new digital offerings.
  • •Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of software and digital solutions from ideation through commercialization and retirement.
  • •Collaborate with software engineering and UX teams to translate requirements into product epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs; guide POCs for customer value and technical feasibility.
  • •Lead matrixed cross-functional teams and establish performance metrics and governance to monitor portfolio health and business results.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product management, offering management, software product leadership, or digital transformation.
  • •Experience managing industrial software, connected operations, IIoT, analytics, or SaaS offerings.
  • •Demonstrated experience working in Agile product development environments, including roadmaps, epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • •Experience leading software engineering teams through proof-of-concept development and product validation.
  • •Proficiency working with UX/design teams using Figma (or similar prototyping platforms), plus strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
