Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as RTR business lead for end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, from requirements and process design through UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • •Translate RTR finance process workshops into functional specifications and design decisions (including GL, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Allocations, ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, Financial Reporting Studio, and OTBI).
  • •Oversee data migration strategy, execution, and validation for financial master data and transactions per Oracle Cloud conversion standards.
  • •Partner with the ERP implementation partner/vendor day-to-day, manage scope/quality/timelines, and escalate risks/issues to steering as needed.
  • •Drive ongoing RTR stewardship and enhancements: release readiness, regression testing, adoption/training, post-go-live hypercare, and compliance coordination with Internal Audit and IT Security.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience with large ERP systems.
  • •3–5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Fusion General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Allocations, ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, Financial Reporting Studio, and OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • •10+ years of experience working with financial applications, including resolving issues with vendors and internal customers.
  • •Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Record to Report business process.
  • •Experience managing security policies/access controls supporting audits (including role-based security and segregation-of-duties).
