Job Summary

Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while developing and expanding new and existing client relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions across deposit, credit, and other product lines, supporting branch and individual sales targets. Conduct client maintenance requests, resolve problems, and cross-sell by referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train to perform teller duties and support Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
