Key Responsibilities

  • •Own subsystem integration and test activities from component-level bench tests through full vehicle ground test, developing test plans and reporting learnings to design teams.
  • •Define fixturing, tooling, and test setup requirements; partner with fabrication and ground support teams to build test hardware and long-lead items.
  • •Develop and execute test programs that characterize subsystem performance across operating conditions and vehicle configurations.
  • •Coordinate with systems engineering and other discipline teams to define test requirements, load cases, and vehicle configurations for integration milestones.
  • •Instrument, collect, reduce, and report test data; maintain configuration control processes for integration environments, test fixtures, and test articles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •3+ years of experience in integration and test of aerospace, defense, or complex electromechanical systems.
  • •Strong test engineering foundation, including DAQ setup/operation, sensor selection/installation (e.g., thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gages, accelerometers), and common communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Serial).
  • •Experience defining fixturing and test setup requirements for bench-level and vehicle-level testing.
  • •Comfort working hands-on in a lab, shop, or flight line environment with technicians and fabrication teams, with strong communication and attention to detail.
