Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and comply with AVI-SPL standard process and procedures in the Operations Playbook.
  • •Review and understand contract documents for assigned projects, including scopes of work, bid drawings/specifications, and construction schedules.
  • •Manage project team resource tasks and milestone activity, and support project kick-off discovery/documentation.
  • •Manage internal and external project communication and documentation, including compiling progress reports and escalating issues as needed.
  • •Support equipment request handling, change order process, quality analysis reporting, and creation/storage of closeout/as-built documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in an assistant Project Manager or Project Coordination role that covers the responsibilities in this job description.

  • •Energized self-starter with the ability to work independently.
