Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with design, program, and cross-functional leads to align on PDP best practices and standards.
  • •Develop and maintain PDP processes in the PDP tool (including GitHub-based workflows) and define process architecture for impacted teams.
  • •Partner with engineering leadership on best design/testing practices and entry/exit criteria for qualification and build testing/design review gates.
  • •Draft process workflows, user guides, and standard operating procedures; lead rollout of new processes across departments.
  • •Support training content development (guides, modules, videos), coordinate kickoff/workshops, and drive continuous improvement via feedback loops and adoption monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years of industry experience in design, development, process development, product management, or similar roles.
  • •Mechanical or Electrical design/development experience bringing new products to market.
  • •Experience working on advanced hardware systems and with IT tools relevant to design/development (e.g., CAD, PLM).
  • •Experience working with cross-functional teams to establish requirements and familiarity with relevant defense industry standards and compliance.
