Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage relationships with core schools, partnering with university career centers, student organizations, faculty, staff, and Visa leaders.
  • •Design and run recruiting activation events on assigned campuses, managing event expenses, ROI, and resulting leads/hires.
  • •Build and nurture a long-term early careers talent pipeline aligned to Visa’s hiring needs and strategic imperatives.
  • •Use hunting and sourcing skills to actively identify talent through multiple platforms, and source/screen applicants to provide qualified down-selects.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
  • •3+ years of experience in talent acquisition (talent attraction, recruiting, or related field) or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • •Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Smart Recruiters, and Workday is a plus.
  • •Proficiency using social media for sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn) and major job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, RippleMatch, 12Twenty).
  • •Ability to travel and manage recruiting work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
