Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and organize clinical areas (including waiting areas) for patient presence, consultations, and procedures.
  • •Provide non-interventional assistance to licensed healthcare professionals during examinations and treatments (e.g., chaperoning and consumable/room preparation).
  • •When trained and competent, assist with basic patient care tasks under supervision (e.g., mobility support, bed making, personal hygiene).
  • •Ensure medical equipment is sterilized and cleaned for ready use according to policy; maintain infection prevention and control procedures.
  • •Manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle admissions/discharges, and restock medical supplies as needed.
