Job Summary

Act as a trusted Workday advisor for customers during their post–go-live journey, delivering microconsulting engagements, feature demonstrations, and one-on-one guidance. Troubleshoot and optimize Workday Financials configuration for Record to Report and Grants, conduct research on customer questions, and create customer presentations (Accelerator Webinars) and enablement programs to drive feature adoption.

•Deliver customer presentations and webinars, and provide one-on-one enablement to accelerate feature adoption.
•Maintain product expertise and Workday certification(s) and help drive creation of new customer programs.

Salary: USD 104,500 - 156,700 annually

Key Requirements

•3 years of IT implementation experience.
•3 years of software consulting and deployment experience, including PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
•1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or Workday SME experience in FDM, Record to Report, and/or Grants.
•Workday Certification, or ability to certify in FDM, Record to Report, or Grants.
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
