Maintain and repair plastic injection molding machines and related support equipment on a 12-hour night shift. Follow plant safety and GMP/SQF/SOP guidelines, troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical (up to 3-phase 480V), and plumbing issues, and make required connections/disconnections. Clean work areas, perform preventative maintenance, update and close work orders using computer software, and notify the group leader about replacement parts. Operate forklift and required tools safely.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow plant safety and quality guidelines (GMP, SQF, SOP, work instructions).
•Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and accessory support equipment.
•Perform hydraulic repairs (cylinders and components) and electrical repairs up to 3-phase 480V.
•Make necessary plumbing and electrical connections and disconnections for molding machines and support equipment.
•Perform preventative maintenance checks, clean areas after repairs, and enter/update/close work orders.
